Threat Buffed for Tanks in Patch 11.0.7 Hotfixes

In the datamined class changes for Patch 11.1, and now hotfixed on live servers, all tanks Threat has been buffed by 22%.

In the current patch, Threat has been an issue, with Tanks pulling off each other and also Tanks having trouble with snap aggro on pulls. This should help Tanks hold threat!
