The Devouring Cold Drops From Kel’Thuzad in Patch 9.1 with Updated Stats & On Use Effect
Previously believed to only be a special transmog appearance, The Devouring Cold has been updated on the PTR with stats, a new on-use effect, and will now drop from Kel'Thuzad in the Sanctum of Domination raid. The sword is an updated version of Slayer of the Lifeless / The Hungering Cold, which also gained fame as the Sword of a Thousand Truths featured on Southpark.
