Datamined from the Patch 12.1 PTR, a file named 12.1 Ulatek RTC EPILOGUE - Ch 5 Q07 - Placeholder Scrolling Text RTC (LQM) has revealed some interesting text. While the cinematic isn't available to view, placeholder text gives a summary of the events that are supposed to unfold and were posted on the WarcraftLore Reddit and the WoW Reddit.

Based on the name, this seems to be the Epilogue after Ula'tek is defeated and how the story ties into the overall Xal'atath narrative.
