In a hotfix that went out earlier today, three spell haste items were added to the PvP honor vendor on Burning Crusade Classic realms. These PvP Spell haste items are Vindicator's Pendant of Subjugation, Vindicator's Band of Subjugation, and Battlemaster's Alacrity.
