Cantrip Weapons
This patch contains an unusually high amount of special effect gear, including weapons for almost everyone. With the majority being very rare or dropping from the last two bosses, this means they will be drop above the normal upgrade track on Mythic difficulty, virtually guaranteeing they will be among the best gear in Midnight Season 2.

Cantrip Armor
All of the special effect armor drops exclusively from Ula'tek, final boss of The Venomous Abyss. Each features only one secondary stat instead of two, with a proc further increasing that stat, while reducing all others by a smaller amount.

Remember that catalyzing armor now retains its secondary stats and the special effect, so you can still use these items to complete your set bonus!
Cantrip Jewelry
Jewelry departs from the norm, with most pieces providing a damage reduction against the Deadly Venom found in the raid and its outdoor zone, though with no special advantage in other content. While this effect can be found on both rings and amulets, there is no indication that wearing multiple will stack the benefit.

For the sake of brevity, Delve and world content trinkets are not included, as they are rarely obtainable at competitive item levels and this list is long enough already!
