SoD Phase 3 Item Hotfixes for April 8 – Membrane of Dark Neurosis, Tenacity Chain

Blizzard has adjusted two more SoD phase 3 items via hotfixes the morning of April 8th.

The first is the Membrane of Dark Neurosis, one of the new Epic Crafting Items players unlocked yesterday. This item received the following changes:

11 Spirit Removed

+20 Spell Damage up from +19

New Equip: Improves your chance to hit with all spells and attacks by 1%.

The Echoes of Madness proc has been replaced with Echoes of Fear.
