Shadowlands Patch 9.1.5 Hotfixes for November 4th – 2 min Cooldowns Reset, Queen’s Conservatory Stack Size

Blizzard has published hotfix notes for November 4th which includes more 2 minute cooldowns resetting when boss combat ends and increasing the stack size of Queen Conservatory catalysts.
