Shadowlands 9.1 PTR Build 38709 Recap – Covenant Legendaries & Shards of Domination
We're recapping everything that was added and changed in the fifth PTR update for Chains of Domination, Patch 9.1 build 38709. This past week's build included several new and updated covenant legendaries, and datamined effects for the Shards of Domination socket system including their three-piece runeword set bonuses.
