A new vendor on the Patch 9.1.5 PTR finally allows players to send anima to their alts! The Kyrian Traveler's Anima Cache is a bind on account consumable which only costs 250 Reservoir Anima, which means players can trade anima to their alts at a one-to-one rate, and despite being named Kyrian, it is not covenant specific.
