Runes Available for Testing on PTR – Season of Discovery Phase 4
With the release of the Season of Discovery Phase 4 PTR, Blizzard has introduced new Runes for the Ring and Cloak slots! While the discovery methods of these new Runess will not be available in the PTR, players will be able to test them all out to theorycraft new builds once Phase 4 goes live.
