On the Patch 11.2 PTR, Bubbles has relocated and it's time to Press F to pay your respects. The most dangerous mob in Operation: Floodgate got too much of an ego and tried to become the 3rd boss of the dungeon, but quickly gets outclassed by Swampface.
Bubbles has killed so many groups either from the raw damage of his AoE or groups trying to skip him and failing.
