This week's Patch 11.2 PTR build includes several class spell and tier set changes, particularly for Death Knights, Hunters, and Warlocks! Some changes, such as the removing empowered mechanics from Breath of Sindragosa and target capping Bursting Sores, were also highlighted with developer comments in the PTR Development Build Notes.
