Blizzard has released a giant blog post on changes and experiments coming to raid loot in Dragonflight Season 1. This includes no personal loot option, guaranteed BoEs from lieutenant trash and much much more!

Here's a quick summary:

Vault of Incarnates will be Group Loot only. No personal loot.

All trade restrictions removed.

3 Item Level tiers: Entry, Wing-End, Final Bosses

Certain bosses will have one item that intentionally drops at a higher item level.
