Activision Blizzard has elected not to voluntarily recognize the Game Workers Alliance union organized by Raven Software Quality Assurance team members. Citing an inability to find a mutually acceptable solution with the Communications Workers of America, which the GWA intends to be an affiliate of, the company acknowledged that the fledgling union should now be moving forward with petitioning for recognition by the National Labor Relations Board.
