PTR 9.1.5 Development Notes for October 20th, 2021 – Increased Drop Rate of Soultwining Crescent
Blizzard has pushed a new Patch 9.1.5 PTR which includes an increased drop rate of Soultwining Crescent, the conduit upgrade catch-up item from Korthia.
Previously the Soultwining Crescent would only drop a maximum of once a day for Korthia and was one of the only consistent ways to upgrade your conduits to Item Level 226. Now, hopefully this should be better.
Updated the PTR with the following change:Items and Rewards
Increased the drop rate of Soultwining Crescent.
