This Battle Pet is obtained from the quest A Primal Threat, obtainable after finishing the Dragon Isles introduction questline. This quest requires you to obtain 10 Primal Mote drops from any mobs in Invasion areas.

Primal Stormling – Limited-Time Battle Pet from Primalist Invasions
Phase 2 of the Dragonflight Pre-Patch event is available this week, and with it, we have the Primal Stormling Battle Pet! This pet uses one of the new Storm Elemental models added in Dragonflight.
