It is unknown how these disguise items are acquired, but many stack to 10. Several of the disguise items have holiday themes, so those could plausibly be acquired during world events.

Pocopoc Robot Costumes in Patch 9.2
Pocopoc, your robot friend in Zereth Mortis, can wear festive costumes including one themed after Pepe. These disguise items, added in the latest PTR build, are in addition to customiztion options which change the color and components of your robot, unlocked through the pocopoc customization console.
