This mount is contained inside Sifted Pile of Scrap. The pile of scrap is purchased from Angelo Rustbin in Undermine, it costs 333x Empty Kaja'Cola Can or 1x Vintage Kaja'Cola Can.

You can obtain Empty Cans and Vintage Cans from scrapping trash piles in Undermine. Empty cans unlock as soon as you unlock scrapping, at Renown 2 with The Cartels of Undermine, while Vintage cans can be obtained starting at Renown 14.
