Paladin Covenant Legendaries in Patch 9.1 Build 38511: New Venthyr Legendary, Kyrian Nerfed

We've now datamined the Venthyr Paladin Legendary on the Patch 9.1 PTR Build 38511, which will improve Ashen Hallow! In addition, all of the other Paladin Covenant Legendaries have received some changes including the very powerful Kyrian Paladin Legendary being nerfed.
