Patch 9.1 Hotfixes for July 6th – Sylvanas Windrunner Encounter Tuning
More hotfixes have been pushed to Patch 9.1 which includes tuning for the Sylvanas encounter in the Sanctum of Domination raid!
Sylvanas Encounter Guide
Many of Sylvanas' abilities on the encounter have been retuned, with some buffs and some nerfs.
Bane Arrows Sylvanas jettisons a volley of arrows, inflicting 82628253 Shadow damage to players within 5 yards at the impact location, creating a pool of Banshee's Bane.
