Another trinket has been nerfed in a hotfix, this time it's a healing trinket from the Tazavesh megadungeon. This trinket was looking to be super powerful but it has been nerfed.

First Class Healing   Your healing spells have a chance to deliver a burst of 21291239 healing split among your target and nearby allies and granting you 248 Haste for 9 sec. Deals increased healing when healing multiple allies.
