In the latest build of the Midnight alpha, the icons for a new Warlock tier set have been added, with very fitting visuals, and very interesting names: RaidWarlockUlatek.

Since the launch of the Midnight alpha, there has been a very distinct island off the coast of Zul'Aman, shrouded in fog and inaccessible by players. In the initial builds, it was named on datamined maps as "Isle of Fangs", but in a recent build, it was renamed to Atal'Utek.

These Midnight story threads are not the first time we've heard the name Ulatek, either. In the now non-canon Warcraft Roleplaying Game from 2004, Ula-Tek was a massive serpent goddess worshipped by the Amani forest trolls, with her temple as the original capitol of Zul'Aman. Cultures from distant lands speculated that Ula-Tek was actually an Old God in disguise.
The Warcraft RPG is no longer canon, but the new canon has created a similar creature in the origins of Amani culture. Back during the Troll Wars, the capitol of Zul'Aman was built upon the corpse of Kith'ix, servant of the Old Gods and leader of the Aqir. Perhaps with time, the truth of Kith'ix faded into legend and became what is now known as Utalek?
The story within the zone of Zul'Aman does not currently touch on this history, nor on the mysterious island, but with its renaming and these new raid icons, it seems a distinct possibility that Atal'Utek will be the location of an upcoming raid.
