Patch 10.2 PTR Class and Tier Set Tuning Hotfixes – Preservation Evoker Tier
The Preservation Evoker Tier for Season 3 of Dragonflight was hotfixed on the PTR recently.
Living Flame has a chance to apply Echo at 70%50% effectiveness on allies healed, or a nearby ally who doesn't already have Echo.
Proc chance increased to 33% (was 20%)

VoulkThis is a minor net buff to a fairly mathematically weak tier set.
