Afflicted Mythic+ Affix Still Bugged and Eating Smart Healing

After the latest Afflicted hotfix, players are still noticing that the Afflicted are still bugged and acting as players for the purposes of Smart Heals.

Afflicted has been on a wild ride with the release of Patch 10.2.5, being able to be targeted by boss mechanics and friendly player buffs which Blizzard claims to not longer act as players.
