Patch 10.0.5 PTR Class Changes – Warlock Soulkeeper 90% Nerf

The latest Patch 10.0.5 PTR build contains more class changes which includes a new 90% nerf to Warlock's Soulkeeper talent.

Many of these changes were from the additional class tuning that was announced, but the Warlock Summon Soulkeeper seems to be new and a massive 90% nerf.
