If you want to complete Master of the Turbulent Timeways III, make sure you have started the process before the weekly reset. The event requires you to participate in five different Timewalking weeks, meaning The Burning Crusade Timewalking is the latest week to start.

Completing the achievement rewards the Chrono Corsair mount.
