While there were equivalent armor pieces for most class-specific tier sets back in Mists of Pandaria, this should make them easier to acquire.

Pandaria Remix Tier Ensembles Aren’t Class-Specific
Pandaria Remix allows players to acquire transmog ensembles resembling Tier 14, 15, and 16 armor from MoP raids. These sets are not class-specific, meaning these appearances are usable by multiple classes that share an armor type.
