Unlocking the Omnium Folio
To unlock the Omnium Folio, players need to complete The Sunstrider Omnium storyline. This starts with the quest The Magisters' Call, which is found near the Ritual Site vendors.

Omnium Folio Starting Quest
The final quest, Return to the Omnium, rewards players with the Omnium Folio, which contains powerful Runes that provide buffs across PvE and PvP content. Once unlocked, the powers of the Omnium Folio remain active for the remainder of the Midnight expansion!
Upgrading the Omnium Folio
After unlocking the Omnium Folio, players can earn their first upgrade. Upgrading the Omnium Folio requires Motes of Omnial Inquiry, which can be earned by completing weekly Seeking Knowledge quests.
This week, players can complete Seeking Knowledge Week 1 of 5: The Omnium Folio from Magister Umbric, who is located inside the Magisters' Terrace on the Isle of Quel'Danas.

Seeking Knowledge Week 1 Quest
This quest features a simple dialogue exchange and tutorial on upgrading the Omnium Folio. As part of the quest, players are given their first Mote of Omnial Inquiry instantly, which unlocks the Core Rune of the Omnium Folio.
Open the Omnium Folio and swap Runes at any time by clicking the icon on your mini-map!
There are two different Core Runes to choose from, and players can freely swap between the two at any time by clicking the Omnium Folio icon located on the bottom-left corner of the mini-map.
