Omnium Folio Guide
When unlocking the Omnium Folio, one of the quests is The Grand Magister's Key-Cipher which requires players to defeat a mob and loot a quest item from it. However, this mob is currently marked as a 5 player tagged mob, meaning that there is a massive bottleneck on this quest as only a few players can tag this mob at a time and get credit.
