A Nightmarish Task Quest
A Nightmarish Task is given to players each week once they have unlocked Nightmare Prey Hunts. To unlock Nightmare Prey Hunts, players will need to reach Renown 4 in the Prey track and complete a short questline.
Once you have the quest, you will need to complete 3 Nightmare Hunts. Completing Prey Hunts quickly can be quickly accomplished by focusing on disarming traps.
Completing this quest rewards a ton of goodies, including a way to get a Hero-track piece of gear, but also 20 uncapped Hero Dawncrests. Hero Dawncrests are extremely valuable, and with us currently capped at 200 Hero Dawncrests total, getting your hands on extra each week is a nice benefit. You can check your current Dawncrest caps in the Currency tab.
