Day 2 - Five Bosses Dead

Liquid has entered the race in an explosive way, and as predicted, Mythic has officially been entered and five bosses total are down! Because of the time difference, Echo's entry into the fray was early this morning on Day 3, but it's a proper race now with neck-and-neck progression.

In a twist to the Race, Mythic Chimaerus was tackled differently than normal - after the world first kill, it was run as a split four more times to get the best loot possible. With Mythic splits on the table, this adds a new twist to what viewers can expect, and now that mythic progression is truly begun, the first wall has been found: Mythic Lightblinded Vanguard. With buffs before the first pull was even attempted, Blizzard is clearly looking to make this race competitive.

The race will only get weirder from here - stay tuned for tomorrow's update!
