New Shard of Domination Gems Provide Unique Effects – Special Raid Loot Enchants?
We've datamined new Shard of Domination "Cogwheel Gems" in Patch 9.1 which have multiple ranks and provide powerful effects when equipped. Each gem seems to be tailored towards a specific role, and we speculate that these might be special loot enchants, possibly from the Sanctum of Domination raid!
