In the latest update to WoW Classic, Patch 1.15.0, Blizzard has added a new NPC to Booty Bay named "Rix Xizzix" who is a Lost and Found Vendor. Rix Xizzix will vendor green quality quest rewards, that for whatever reason aren't typically available for Item Restoration. Items like Skull of Impending Doom, Nifty Stopwatch, Luffa, Carrot on a Stick, Glimmering Mithril Insignia.
