It's been a while since the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza from Classic. Mereldar Fishing Derby indicates that the event will take place on Saturdays and players can earn Derby Commendations and prizes.
We've also datamined the The Derby Dash achievement which requires places to turn in "the quest" within a Time Limit.
