Restoration Druids are getting a new Efflorescence visual in Patch 9.1.5, replacing the mushroom in the center of the familiar green circle with a succulent. According to the PTR development notes, Druids who don't like this new change will be able to go back to the original visual by using the Glyph of the Wild Mushroom.
