We've datamined some new Plunderstorm abilities that were added in Patch 11.0.7. Will these make it to live servers today?

Offensive

NEW  
- Passive Aura
- Caster AoE
- Melee Boost
18 sec cooldown (Rank 1)
Passively increase movement speed for your allies.
Cast to consecrate the ground damaging enemies periodically. While in your consecration, gain enhanced movement speed and melee attacks.
