Midnight Raids Hub
Lieutenants are specially-named mobs that players can defeat while making their way between raid bosses. These enemies usually have higher health than your typical trash mob, but have a chance to drop Bind-on-Equip (BoE) items. Raid BoEs can be traded, sold on the auction house, or transferred to different characters using the Warband Bank.
Raid BoEs drop at Raid item level, making them incredibly valuable as they sell for a great amount of gold on the auction house, or serve as a great boost to your item level.
The Voidspire Lieutenants
The Voidspire lieutenants are available after defeating the first boss of the raid, Imperator Averzian.
Entering the Voidspire, players will find their first lieutenant, Gladius Slauros. In Heroic difficulty onwards, this lieutenant is empowered by Strength in Shadows, a shield that reflects caster damage. To remove this shield, players must defeat Vorasius and Fallen-King Salhadaar.
Heading down the left wing of the Voidspire takes you to Vorasius. Along the way, there are two lieutenants, Blinky and Voidlight Everdawn. Blinky patrols the platform directly behind the top of the stairs. Voidlight Everdawn is outside, attempting to sacrifice herself to Vorasius.
Blinky has a chance to drop a shirt transmog, Blinky's Collar, along with Raid BoEs.
The right wing takes you towards Fallen-King Salhadaar. Similar to Blinky, Terrace Watcher is located on the platform at the top of the stairs.
The last lieutenant of the Voidspire raid is found after defeating Vaelgor & Ezzorak. Head up the stairs and make your way towards the Lightblind Vanguard. Patrolling the ring will be a large jellyfish by the name of Celestial Behemoth. A pack of smaller jellyfish guards him.
March on Quel'Danas Lieutenants
Two lieutenants can be found in the March on Quel'Danas. The first lieutenant, Voidbreaker Throggar, is found in the courtyard while clearing the trash leading up to Belo'ren.
This lieutenant does not require any boss kills, allowing him to be farmed for Mythic BoEs.
After defeating Belo'ren, your last lieutenant, Gladius Morinas, is guarding the entrance into the Darkwell.
