What is Training Grounds?
Training Grounds is a new PvP gamemode being added with Midnight, aimed at helping introduce PvP to new players. Taking inspiration from Comp Stomp, this gamemode pairs players against combat bots, allowing an easier ramp into learning the maps and flow of WoW PvP, instead of getting stomped out by seasonal veterans.
New Training Grounds Achievements
Training Grounds will be getting a few different achievements that we've datamined below. As of right now, there aren't any specific rewards that come with earning these achievements.
NEW Win 10 Arathi Basin Training Grounds matches while controlling all 5 flags.
NEW Win 10 Battle for Gilneas Training Grounds matches while controlling all 3 flags.
NEW Win 10 Silvershard Mines Training Grounds battles without letting the enemy team capture a mine cart.
NEW Take 50 flags in Arathi Basin Training Grounds.
NEW Take 30 flags in Batle for Gilneas Training Grounds.
NEW Capture 100 carts in Silvershard Mines Training Grounds.
NEW Perform a /train emote in each of the Training Grounds maps.
NEW Win in each of the following maps in Training Grounds without dying.
NEW Win in a Training Grounds without dying.
