In Mythic+ Season 3, dungeons seem to have been buffed by ~46% base health or 5 keystone levels. Essentially, this makes a +15 this week feel like a +20 from the previous Season.

Mythic+ Scaling Transition From Season 2 to Season 3 – Bosses Have Almost Double Health from Last Week
The Mythic+ scaling from Season 2 to Season 3 is much higher than previous seasons, making this week feel much harder. When combined with Tyrannical, bosses have almost doubled their health from last week on the same keystone level!
