Blizzard has announced class tuning to Elemental Shaman, going live on the next weekly maintenance. This change involves the Storm Elemental's Wind Gust effect, now stacking to a maximum of 10 stacks, down from 20. In addition to this, recasting your Storm Elemental while already having one active will reset the stacks for the Wind Gust buff.
