Mythic L'ura
Even after the Hall of Fame nerfs for Mythic L'ura, there are over 1,000 guilds that are on the boss with more joining them after the Belo'ren nerfs. L'ura is the biggest boss for setup this tier with players having to set up a lot of things including addons, macros, and positioning assignments.
Addon Requirement
For Mythic L'ura, you will need Northern Sky Raid Tools as it has tools for the Memory Game and Interrupts. You'll want to make sure both the Runes Display and Interrupt Display modules are turned on in the addon.
One of your Tanks and Healers will need to set up the Rune Macros. You need to place the files in the correct folder and instructions can be found in this video if those players haven't done it yet.
Interrupts
For the Interrupts on the Matrices, you need to assign 12 people to an interrupt rotation: 4 players to Boss 2, 4 players to Boss 3 and 4 players to Boss 4. This works as the Matrices show up on the Boss frame. Augmentation Evokers should be assigned to the 1st or the 4th interrupt as they use Time Skip during the 2nd and 3rd kicks, and Devourer DH's want to be the 1st or 2nd kick.
Each of the players who is assigned to a Boss number, needs to set up a macro. These can be found below and the interrupt name needs to be changed to the classes kick. If you need help, Wowutils has an Interrupt Macro Helper.
/cast {Kick Name}
/cast {Kick Name}
Macro 1:
/focus
Macro 2:
/cast {Kick Name}
/cast {Kick Name}
/cast {Kick Name}
/cast {Kick Name}
If you want to track who is missing kicks in logs, you can also have the first person in each group add a marking macro.

Example Raidplans
There are many positioning assignments that need to happen in the L'ura Encounter. Here are some example raidplans that can help you to set up your raid.
Intermission Raidplan: https://raidplan.io/plan/p483v5bwpqdfxb9j/edit
Phase 3 Raidplan: https://raidplan.io/plan/D0pOYlDRgsnP2Ct7/edit
Each of this raidplans has to be set up in a specific way:
In the intermission, you’ll need to spread your raid out to minimize the chance of players getting cleaved. Melee and healers on the inner circle and ranged DPS on the outside. You want to have two crystal holders give their crystals to the tanks for this phase to reduce the chance of death, and the tanks position across the raid from the healers as they can be self sufficient.
For the Galvanize beams, you want 5 players in each soak. Each of the lines should be assigned a role type: Tank, melee, ranged or healer. First, you'll want to assign any non-crystal players into their correct group, and then fill with crystal players after as they can’t be targeted by the beams directly. This means that the tank beam should have 2 tanks and 3 crystal DPS and the healer beam should be 4 healers and 1 crystal DPS. If you have a slight mismatch, you can do a 6 and 4 split but it will increase the AoE damage of each cast by about 15k.
For this spread, there is an inner ring and an outer ring. Your 6 crystal carriers should be on the inner ring as they need to be close to the crystals in the center. All other players need to be on the outside edge and the tanks can stack. If you want to reduce moment, you'll want to position players close to their respective beams. You can see in the example below that all healers are near the healer assignment on the North.
This is the final spread that you need to do, and the positions are completely determined by which side you want players on in Phase 3. You can do almost anything in Phase 3 at this point, but you want a tank and 2 healers on each side and ideally a Rogue and Disc Priests are on the left side as some of their effects don’t work correctly on the right side. You want to split any raid buffs such as Monks, Hunters, Warlocks, and DHs, and make sure that all melee aren’t on either side. Once you’ve created your groups, you need to make your Phase 2 end spread. Crystal holders are on the inner ring, and each other player should be to the left or right behind a crystal holder.
