We've received multiple reports of the Cloth boots Wilderness Stalker's Softsoles from Attumen in Karazhan dropping at Item Level 51 or lower. While no player has taken this option, linking the item does continue to show it at Item Level 51.

Players have reported that one particular set of Cloth Boots from Karazhan are being awarded at Item Level 51 in their Weekly Great Vault. If you're a cloth user with a Mythic+ Vault, you may wish to not open it for the time being!
