Minimum GCD Raised to 1.0 Second – Mind Quickening Gem Nerf on Burning Crusade Classic
Blizzard has shared a Blue Post detailing an upcoming change to Spell Haste and Global Cooldowns, raising the minimum global cooldown time to 1.0 seconds. This change will be applied on the next scheduled Maintenance for realms.
