March 21st Plunderstorm Tuning Adjustments – Fire Whirl, Explosive Caltrops, and More
Blizzard has released hotfix notes for Plunderstorm, tuning several offensive and utility abilities including the dreaded Fire Whirl, Explosive Caltrops, Lightning Bulwark, and more! We previously datamined some of these changes, though the hotfixes also include utility abilities and developer notes on each.
