Malignant Hearts Buffed in Patch 1.1.2 – Tal’Rasha, Feast

You may have noticed in the previous patch notes that the change to and were originally slotted to have their tooltips changed to additive instead of multiplicative.

However, per Global Community Development Director Adam Fletcher, a last minute change was added to the patch notes.
