Mage Boosting is Back – Blizzard Relaxes Anti-Boosting Measures in The Burning Crusade

Ahead of the release of The Burning Crusade, Blizzard has announced some adjustments, including relaxed anti-boosting measures from dungeons, increasing the swing range & hitbox for Tauren, and adjusting the gold cost of PvP gear.

TBC Classic Phase 1 Overview

As some of you in Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary have already noticed, we've made a few adjustments, just in time for launch:

- Relaxed crowd control immunity and movement speed for creatures ("anti-boosting measures") to be more forgiving for groups
- Increased the swing range ("hitbox") for Tauren back to its original size
- Timed with today's launch, adjusted the gold cost of PvP gear purchased from Outland Factions to balance it appropriately with PvP gear acquired with Honor Points

Thank you for all the feedback, and we hope you're 'prepared' to enter the Dark Portal today!
