The Lunar Awakening event is now live, and players are able to dive right into Sanctuary to earn new cosmetics, mounts, and more. One cosmetic in particular sticks out, however - the Lunar Awakening brings with it the first free cosmetic tattoo in Diablo 4, !

Normally, players can choose preset body tattoos during character creation.
