Legendary Scrapping Available in Patch 9.1.5 – Base Item and Missives Not Returned
The Legendary scrapping system in Patch 9.1.5 is now available for testing on the PTR. Players will be able to scrap any Legendary at the Runecarver to get back all their spent Soul Ash and Soul Cinders, but the crafted base item and missives are not returned.
