Legendary Scrapping Added in Patch 9.1.5 – Full Soul Ash and Soul Cinders Refund
Blizzard have announced that Legendary Scrapping is being added in Patch 9.1.5 and you will get a full refund on Soul Ash and Soul Cinders when a Legendary is scrapped!
In today's Patch 9.1.5 Development Notes, Blizzard gave more details on Legendary Scrapping. The Runecarver will allow players to destroy a Legendary, which will give a full refund on all Soul Ash and Soul Cinders.
