Great news for Transmog collectors! Blizzard has announced that Legacy Tier Set transmogs will be Warbound in The War Within.

This change is big new for transmog collectors! Previously, Blizzard announced that all transmog can be learned, even if you weren't the same armor type -- except for Tier Sets. Many players felt strongly about this and Blizzard has heard the feedback and will be changing this!
